Mech Duct Adhesive

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

MECHDUCT is a Rubber based adhesive specially made to paste (closed cell/open cell)

insulation material in HVAC & Refrigeration industry.

MECH DUCT is recommended to paste Nitrile Rubber, XLPE and Glass wool with GI Metal or

Aluminium duct surface for Duct insulation, Chilled Water Pipes, and Under deck / Over deck in

various industrial & residential projects.

APPLICATION AREAS:

Metal Duct (GI Duct) - To paste closed cell Insulations such as Nitrile Rubber, XLPE, Physically

Crosslinked insulation Thermocole (EPS), XPS, Glass Wool/Rock Wool, PUF to Duct surface.

Chilled Water piping - To paste closed cell insulations such as Nitrile Rubber, XLPE, Physically

Crosslinked insulation Thermocole, XPS, Glass Wool/Rock Wool, PUF to MS Pipe

Acoustic Insulation - To paste closed cell Nitrile Rubber to Concrete walls, Vertical surfaces &

Duct lining.

Under deck/Over deck Insulation - To paste Nitrile Rubber, XLPE, Glass Wool/Rock Wool, PUF

to smooth Concrete wall surface (Mechanical fasteners are recommended for under deck

insulation).
